Interactive Disability Awareness Experience

Location:  2nd Floor, Cultural Center                                         9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.    Daily

VSA Iowa has constructed a portable, interactive disability exhibit that allows individuals to experience various types of disabilities. The exhibit is divided into stations, each simulating a specific disability.  There are two sample stations, the Touch and See and Dyslexia booths, at the VSA Iowa display at the Cultural Center.  Both of these experiences demonstrate the adjustments that people with disabilities make every day.
